Since 2017, Murtco has been performing general construction and construction management services for some of the top Bitcoin and Data companies in the U.S. Our team has the capabilities to assist the owner with the entire construction process from procuring the property to full turn-key construction. By managing the entire project, we are able to work closely with the owners to meet their exact needs.

Some of the projects we have completed include:

Core Scientific Phase I Design-Build Calvert City, KY: Murtco retrofitted an abandoned steel mill site and constructed a 350MW data center including all racks and ventilation systems.
Core Scientific Phase II Calvert City, KY: Murtco constructed a new Cathedral style 400’X 50’ steel building to house computers using an additional 50MW of power.

Soluna EcoChain Sophie Site, Murray KY: Murtco constructed a complete, new facility including all site work for a 50MW site using green energy to power the computers. This buildout consisted of 44 buildings to house computers, 1-40’x40’ warehouse and 1- 1800SF office building.

Soluna Project Dorothy, Silverton, TX: Murtco acted as construction manager as well as self-performing many tasks to complete a 150MW data center utilizing wind farm power. This project consisted of 132 computer buildings, 2 warehouses, and 2 office buildings.
